When I read that in Hyde one can recycle shoes, I thought "what a fantastic idea!" because I've seen some under privilege that go around digging trash bins and shoes were one of the "goodies" that they normally picked up. I know I have couple of pairs of shoes which I don't use anymore but feel too guilty to dispose them off in the trash. Bring them shoes bins here! :)
ps. dont get me wrong, we do have charities here. Just thought its much convenient.

what are the color spot (squares) in the photo???...
tr3nta,
i guess i distorted the photo too much, they are autumn leaves accumulated over the weekend ;)
Is there any flea markets in Hungary?
They have been very popular here, you can sell or try to sell your old clothes and things mostly 1 - 10 euros. But we have here many places,
which take almost anything for recycling even building material, also shoes.
Have a nice week!
this is so touching post, appropriate photo as well.
i was thinking if you can find a homeless person to give away old stuff that you don't need any more, do you have charity shops around?
have a good week.
T%his looks like the December theme photo, too!
Si j'ais bien compris, voila une tres bonne idee.
J'aime bien les effets que tu donnes a cette photo en jouant sur des parties de la photo. tu te rapproches de certains travaux de David Hockney.
If I board understood well, veiled a very good idea. I like the effects that you give has this photograph while exploiting parts of the photograph. you approach certain work of David Hockney
I think the blocks are jpeg artefacts, or more likely file corruption when you uploaded.
Love the effect, though, and the colours
my first impression was also like...my God..is it December 1 yet?:) Lovely photo by the way
Very nice picture, and a good reminder.
Thought provoking. We have so much. This is the time og sharing and giving.
Point well taken.
Stunning photography. Definitely would have been the best for Dec 1st waist down theme, but what the heck, a good story is a good story and if it is for a social denounce, much better.
carlos / kate / Zsolt,
didnt thougt to use this for theme day ..since you mentioned, why did i post it now!!
Olivier,
thanks for informing me about David Hockney's work. Vaguely similar ;)
Jazzy,
for charity you'll need to gather them as oppose to disposing them as and when you want but til we have the bin, that's the only way then.
Mimmu,
there are flea markets; however, I doubt the group of people would want to pay for it...
Thank you all for visiting!
:P
hee hee...so stunning shot!!
and great idea about this photo!!!
so did you have another great idea for theme day??
i believe it has been in your great mind!!:P
they are almost everywhere .. so sad.
wonderful idea about the rectangles ...
I really dig the collage effect!
The collage is good. I agree with you, make it easy to donate to charity! We used to have charity bins all over town until a couple of Christmas Eves ago, kids threw lit matches into one - now we have to go looking for the bins, though I think they are coming back.
meg,
we have none such bin, hopefully it'll get installed in future :)
