what's for breakfast?

Going to the Sunday market can only mean that we craved for a dosage of Lángos (pronounced Langosh). It can be too rich as breakfast for some but this stall that we patronised serves one of the best langoshs around, the dough feels lighter, a bit crunchy and less sinful for the conscience. If ever I start a food biz. back home, this would definitely be on my menu ;)

Remember the name, okay? 'cos you should really try it if you visit Hungary. Meanwhile, a more delicious photo here.

In a way this looks a little like Native Ameican frybread. This shot makes it look a bit lighter in texture, but your other photo really does like NA. It looks like something I'd like, chlosterol and all!!

ohh today Zannnie mentioned to me that she wanted to eat lángos and I didnt know why she was talking about this. Now I know:) I love lángos...with onion, cream and cheese...called: sajtos-tejfölös lángos.

Thought that might be sour cream or perhaps ricotta... either way it would be yummy! Now I can't afford to come over there, so this photoblog thing works as a cheap alternative for me. If only we could smell and taste via the web as well!!
