Having fun!

*My boy friend's niece during children's day in kinddy. Photo taken by her mother*
Face painting, though not a new art, only became popular in our town a few years ago. Nowadays, face painting booth is a must-have in major event in the town. Have you tried it yet?

nope never tried except if you count makeup as face paint - I only did it as a part of a fun skit. Cute photo.

in my mom's province, they have what they call " pintado's festival", pintado's or painted.
They say that a long.....long time ago, the natives fashion was having tatooes on their whole body. The more colorful, the more trendy. I participated in this festival when I was in elementary and had my whole face, arms and legs painted. Although it was not real paint, it still took days to wash off. Fun festival though!!

midnite : that's interesting. the paint must be weather/water proof or else, it'll be very messy when you sweat :D

edwin : you must use a lot during performances ;)

thank you all for stopping by :)

Well, yeah, I have painted my face. For a football match with my team AIK I covered my face with black and yellow colors. It was quite effectful but it was a nightmare getting it out.

My mate tricked me and my friend with a bit more persistan paint while he took easy to wash off stuff.

It took me more or less two days to get it out! =)
