People 2

Done some spying and zooming (with good intention!) ..The lady was fixing the pot plant holder(see larger ) , getting it ready for her spring flowers, i guess :)
Slowly, am building up my guts to take photos of strangers on the streets and when doing they're daily activities.. to give you an idea of how life is here .

Good luck taking the photos of people. It's somethign that can cause lots of nerves!

Nice shot. I find that if I stay in the same place for long enough with a camera, I become part of the landscape and people don’t take much notice of me

Hi Kris! For many years it has been a dream of mine to take pictures of people (character skethes) in black & white. Someone gave me a present more than a year ago, a Nikon D70 Digital Camera. I know I should just do it! But I have to break through some limitations then. Lets see what happens. If it does, you might hear from me again.

Bob, LOL ..thats so true :D

Nice photo! I'm being shy with photographing people as well. Bob's tip is helpful - I'll try that next time.

Hi, With the B&W, this shot reminds me of the movie Rear Window by Alfred Hitchcock. Very nice. For posed shots when I ask people, I find that they feel honored to have their picture taken. It is a lot harder to get candid pictures of people - I'll have to try Bob's advice!

ha - yeah its hard to take photos of strngers without feeling awkward - once you get past it, its fine - the next step - which i sadly have not taken - is to go up and ask interesting looking people if you can take a picture of them - One day soon I will get the confidence.

Great photo by the way.

I have never been Hungary, but now I can see your little town one photograph at a time. I especially like this post. Anyhow, I have the same problem photographing strangers. I should try Bob's suggestion.

Great photo of the woman. This type of photo can be very hard to pull off. You've done it very well.
